We believe no description is needed and the necessity for the soft skills improvement is obvious. So, we will focus on our ideas for mastering them. There are a million books out there, many of them are a modern version of the Jung personality types. Also, emotional intelligence is a very popular yet effective theory aimed at improving communication. However, theory works only when it is applied. So, communicate with as many and as different people as you can. Use different channels: in-person, phone, in written etc. Attend public speaking & acting lectures and courses. Many of them are free. Another great place (free options are available) is Toastmasters. Every large city has a local chapter. We think it is all just about practicing.
