Software testing also helps to identify errors, gaps or missing requirements in contrary to the actual requirements. It can be either done manually or using automated tools. Testing is a process rather than a single activity. The main activities within the fundamental test process into the following basic steps are: 1) Test planning, 2) Test monitoring and control, 3) Test analysis, 4) Test design, 5) Test implementation, 6), Test execution, 7) Test completion.
